The Arab Handball Federation approved the statute of the game, at the meeting held yesterday evening, in the presence of the members of the General Assembly and the representative of the Yemeni Federation for the game, Brother Amin Al-Matadi.

According to the plaintiff, the presence of Yemen was important to confirm that the game is present despite what the country is going through and the athletes suffering from as a result of the 8-year aggression.
The President of the Federation confirmed that during the meeting, the minutes of previous meetings that took place in Egypt were approved, and the report of the General Secretariat of the Arab Handball Federation was reviewed.
The plaintiff noted that the meeting witnessed the election of a candidate from the Arab countries in the continent of Africa to fill the vacant position for membership of the Executive Committee following the resignation of the previous candidate, Youssef Al-Qurtubi.
The plaintiff pointed out that the Arab Federation is in the process of organizing a number of tournaments, stressing that he raised the concerns of the game in Yemen and the impact of the war on Yemen’s foreign participation at the meeting table, indicating that they, in the leadership of the Federation, will work to make efforts to return the game to the front of Yemeni sports as it was.
