* The Arab Bank has no intention to manage Farah Hospital
*Investors requested 90 days to complete the acquisition
Ammon – The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Bank, Sabih Al-Masry, revealed, on Tuesday, a preliminary agreement with a representative of a group of Emirati investors to acquire Farah Hospital.
Al-Masry said, “What has been done so far regarding Farah Hospital is a preliminary agreement with a representative of a group of Emirati investors, during which they requested a 90-day period to complete the acquisition deal and financial details,” according to what the kingdom reported.
He pointed out that the Arab Bank did not intend to manage the hospital, stressing that it would provide all facilities and facilitating conditions to complete the deal and maintain the work of the medical edifice.
It is noteworthy that the judge of the Amman Court of First Instance issued a decision, earlier, to place a precautionary seizure on the movable and immovable funds belonging to the Farah Medical Complex Limited Liability Company, “Farah Hospital” and six of the living and dead heirs, on the background of a case against the hospital, its owner and the heirs by banks in Jordan.
